Odell Planning & Research has substantial experience providing demographic analysis for school districts and school district master plans and is skilled in preparing enrollment projections using cohort-survival methodology, birth data, and student generation rates for projected housing development. We use GIS software to create site selection constraints mapping that clearly presents important factors for consideration in the site selection process, as well as to prepare maps showing district boundaries, trustee area boundaries, school attendance areas and student residence location dot maps.
